The South Surrey & White Rock Art Society have eight Demo Artist presenting at our monthly meetings per year. To help with their presentation, we have some video equipment and helpers that are available to them. We are now asking our demo artist to fill in this form, so we all know what help and equipment they will needed.
Normally there are about 80 to 100 members attending our meetings, so usually we use a video camera to project the meeting on to a large screen. We hope the demo artist will arrive about 6:30 p.m. to set up (it makes it a lot less chaotic) as the meeting starts about 7:00 p.m. and our business agenda is normally over about 7:20. We break for coffee and normally the demo artist presents from around 7:30/7:40 until 9:00.
Address: 14601 20th Avenue, Surrey.
A month before the presentation, we like to have the demo artist’s statement/bio, a picture of the artist and one or two pictures of their work to Georgina Johnstone, our newsletter editor. Georgina will but a notice in the monthly newsletter and the information will go up on our web site.
Here is a list of the equipment we have available and we would like you the check what equipment you require, then submit the form. You will receive a copy of the form and so will the Audio/Video team. Thank you for your co-operation.
